Managed print agreements
One predictable cost per page covers toner, drums, parts and labour. Your machine reports its own counts and orders its own toner — it arrives before you run out, automatically.
Kyocera specialists
We've backed Kyocera for their long-life drums and honest running costs — TASKalfa MFPs for the busy office, ECOSYS for everywhere else. Factory-trained service, genuine parts, loan units if a repair has to come back to the workshop.
Service within 200 km
Our copier technicians cover the same 200-kilometre radius we always have. Paper jam in Deniliquin or a fuser in Cohuna — log it before morning smoko and we're usually there same day or next.
Right-sizing your fleet
Most offices run more printers than they need and pay for it in toner. We audit what you print, then put the right machines in the right places — usually fewer, always cheaper.

Meter reads & recycling
Contract meter reads are due the 16th–19th of each month — submit them on this site in under a minute. We're also a Planet Ark drop-off point for used cartridges and old electricals.
