Two new technicians join the Peat's service desk
We're glad to welcome Kenneth Uzoh and Furqan Muhammad to the Peat's service desk. Both join our ICT technician crew alongside Jeff and Neil — picking up tickets, building and imaging machines, and heading out on the on-site run across the 200 kilometres we cover.
Growing the team isn't about getting bigger for its own sake. It's about keeping the promise that's held since 1976: that when you ring, a real person who knows your setup answers — and if it can't be fixed down the wire, someone's in the ute that day. More hands on the bench means faster responses and more time for the quiet, proactive work that stops problems before they start.
“Every new technician is another reason you'll never sit in an offshore queue when something breaks.”
Kenneth and Furqan are already deep in tickets and builds, and you'll start seeing them on site around the district. Say g'day if a new face turns up — they're good ones.
