On-site, same day — because some things need a person there
We fix most problems remotely, usually before anyone's had their morning coffee. Around three-quarters of what comes in is sorted down the wire — a setting changed, a service restarted, a machine talked back to life while you carry on with your day.

But some jobs need boots on the ground: a machine that won't start, a cable run, a new fit-out, a network that's misbehaving in a way you can only understand by standing in the room. So we get in the ute and go — to the shop floor, the warehouse, the clinic, the yard, the house at the end of a long dirt road.
That last one is where you meet the supervisors. On a recent callout to speed-test a customer's home internet, our technician was assigned a quality-control officer for the duration: a very good dog who oversaw the entire process from the comfort of the desk, signed off on the results, and accepted payment in the form of a pat.

“Remote support fixes most things. For the rest, a real person turns up — occasionally to a warmer welcome than expected.”
It's the part of managed IT you can't do from a call centre, and it's the reason district businesses stay with us: when it matters, someone you know drives out and sorts it in person — often the same day. Dog optional, but appreciated.
