Now watching over 1,175 devices across the district
Behind every Managed Service Agreement is a platform that never sleeps. This month it ticked past 1,175 devices under active monitoring across district businesses — desktops, laptops and servers from Echuca to Deniliquin, Cohuna to Shepparton.

Each of those devices reports home around the clock: disk health, backup status, patch level, the temperature inside the rack, the small early warnings that mean something's about to go wrong. Our technicians see them on a board in Echuca long before they'd ever ring you about it.
“Most of what it catches, you'll never hear about. A failing disk swapped before it dies, a backup chased down, a patch applied overnight. That's the whole idea.”

It's unglamorous work, and that's a compliment. A comms room that's tidy, documented and monitored is one that doesn't surprise anyone at 4pm on a Friday. When a business grows from one server to three, or moves premises, the same crew that built it is the one that moves it.
1 / 51,175 isn't a target — it's just where the count sits this month. What matters is that behind each number is a real business that gets to think about its own work instead of its IT.
