Peat's-built platforms now run yards, clubs and agribusinesses
Most of our software jobs start the same way: a spreadsheet that's grown into the thing the whole business secretly runs on — and that only one person fully understands. When it finally creaks, we're the team up the road that can replace it properly.
This year the in-house team shipped and supported real operations platforms across the district. For one of Australia's larger livestock carriers we rebuilt decades of transport operations — runsheets, fleet, drivers, customers and invoicing — into one modern web app, migrating a nine-million-row history across without losing a record. For an agribusiness we replaced a fragile fuel-reconciliation spreadsheet with a system that balances to the cent (and found a live rebate bug in the old one along the way).
